They were wonderful! They had to break bad news to me and then put my friend's dog down. Dr. Engeman was honest and caring. He made it as painless as possible.

They were able to save the eye of a small kitten from a small animal shelter. The best of care was provided to the little kitten,and I was very impressed with that! My own little beloved dog has been seen by this Veterinary Clinic, and I am about to have my daughter-in-law's cat spayed by these kind people.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease even offering drinks since I was there for awhile. My pets are always anxious to leave. They act that way at every Vet office I have ever been to. The veterinarian was very nice and tried to calm my pet down. The veterinarian was very gentle with my pet. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The office was easy enough to find. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.
