Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
