Jim is always concerned about the welfare of our pets and takes great care to explain everything so that we have a full understanding. Would recommend New Mark and Dr Cupp, have been using him for 15 + years.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
