They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. My pet is always so well taken care of. It's a small town vet clinic. Doc and Wanda do a great job and will help you with anything they can, even if it is just free advice.
