They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
