I have been going to this vet for years. Service was decent and so were the prices so we continued to see them for our pet care. Then the other night my cat was maulded by dogs and lay dying as my husband called them frantic on the phone leaving messages and after listening to the two minute emergency phone number message droll on, called the other number they listed "for emergencies". They have an emergency only line that is a message with another phone number to call is moronic and fustrating... especially when your pet is HAVING AN EMERGENCY. Our cat died about ten minutes later, horribly. Days later we still haven't heard from them. I am appalled by their lack of caring. Sickened. We leave a frantic message for help for our dying cat and they never even call back?! I won't do business with them ever again. EVER.

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
