They cancel on me all the time.

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. Kimbo my 12 week blue pitbull had ear cropping surgery, and I cannot stress on how good of a job was done. Thank you and Kimbo will return for future visits.
