I have been using the services of this clinic for over 12 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are available to me 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. I am never pressured to purchase things that are unnecessary - for the problems that have been a head-scratcher no stone is left unturned and when there is a problem that cannot be addressed at the clinic they find who to refer to. GREAT and compassionate people.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff.
