Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
