The staff was busy due to the activities of changing the filing system, but still helpful and pleasant despite the running of business and tending extra duties. The vet assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. The veterinarian himself, Dr. Jason Rose, a towering tall big man was as attentive as he was kind to us the pet parents as he was gentle and kind to our dogs thorough and to the point regarding my two dogs. Labs required to start heart worm preventative medicine was done on the spot with fast results. Was able to obtain prescriptions there and a written prescription for continuing flea and heart worm medicine for online pet pharmacy without hesitation of loosing some revenue by ordering prescribed medication elsewhere. To top it all off we were seen on their clinic day-first come first serve wait time examination of two dogs labs specimens collected and results of those labs, prescriptions filled all under 2 hours. We are new to North Carolina and appreciate this wonderful southern hospitality and service. If you are reading the reviews because you are need of veterinarian services you can not go wrong by choosing Coastal Pet Clinic.

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

I have two toy chihuahuas. The oldest has a collapsing trachea. Two years ago when I noticed the problem they told me there was nothing I could do and it probably wouldn't get any worse. However, her trachea HAS gotten worse and her constant coughing and breathing problems are very scary, so I did some research on the internet and found out there are a few things I can try and medications that a vet can prescribe to her for this issue. I am pretty disappointed that I wasn't told to try these things sooner. Maybe I could have minimized the damage. They really have been great until now but this situation has just set me off.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
