They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
