I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. This vet is not gentle with pets. I'm not sure where they learned their bedside manner, but my pet and I did not like it one bit. My pet was terrified and kept trying to get away. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I would not take my animals there again. I have 5 dogs and they used to take care of them but they won't anymore becasue the always charge double what the the others do!!!!!
