I definitely think that I could have gotten much better treatment for my dog somewhere else. I was amazed at how they showed no interest in trying other treatments. My pet was extremely distressed the whole time we were here and was happy to leave. The veterinarian was unwilling to try to make my pet feel more comfortable. I was allowed to stay with my pet for the appointment but am unsure of events while they had her for a few days which I really didn't like very much because they showed no signs of any progress. Their attention was on us "cutting our losses" i was not impressed with the attitude that nothing would help. I definitely don't trust their advice now and would NEVER recommend them. We got to love her for 11 years before she died and will always wonder if it could have been treated with an open mind and compassion. R.I.P. babydog we love you

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Never, they are very reliable.
