No. We took our year old dog there for a broken leg. Within in a week she had broken and got the cast off. They made us pay to put the cast back on when it was obviously not done properly if it should have lasted six weeks and only lasted one.

Brad Johnson is very observant and educated about small animals. He is the cats meow the dog's wag! He is gentle, caring, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog's care and not only do I expect care...I expect the best care and Doc Johnson has always been my go to guy. I have found Dr. Johnson to be an expert in the care and well-being of my animals. I always have many questions and he has always taken the time to answer and explain. So I am very grateful for the kindness shown to me and my critters at this clinic, after all, when you take care of my dog you're really taking care of me. So thank you all very much!

His staff is also a big part of why I can trust them with my dog. They are all very efficient and caring and sweet every blessed one of them! There is not one of his staff people that I would have preference toward. Each and every one of them is serving and following their purpose and that is to care for each and every one of the animals that comes into their clinic. They are very good at what they do.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Yes

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated.
