I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.
