I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. 15 years with my dog and when the time comes so will the next generation of my pets,
