Awesome, caring vets. They took care of my cats (one with multiple issues) for their entire lives. The folks in he office are kind and caring. Phone calls were promptly returned, and they never, ever made an appointment feel rushed. Additional bonus: Separate cat & dog waiting. . .cats & owners love that feature!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The veterinarians and staff at the Village Veterinary Hospital are all caring, dedicated, knowledgable and comforting. We've used them for our dogs for over 16 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them.
