There is no animal doctor on the face of the earth that is more qualified than Dr. Jeff Israel. He examined my Persian cat Pasha and diagnosed diabetes immediately. Pasha had to remain in Dr. Israel's hospital for many days to get the insulin right. I was allowed to visit with her daily. Dr. Israel would not release my cat to me until I learned how to give my cat an injection. He was thorough, and compassionate. Found him to be extremely caring, explains everything, answers questions, and the place is clean.

THE BEST OF THE BEST is Dr. Jefferson Israel in Bedford, NY and I'd recommend him to anyone who wants the BEST pet care in Westchester and Connecticut ! -- Linda

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
