PET LOVERS BEWARE!!! HIGHLAND ANIMAL HOSPITAL ONLY CARES ABOUT FINICIAL GAIN AND NOT THE WELL BEING OR HEALTH OF OUR FURRY LOVED ONES. SINCE LIVING IN C.SQUARE MY GF AND I HAVE TAKEN OUR 2 CATS AND LAB TO HIGHLAND FOR ALL THEIR VETERINARY NEEDS. THE COST OF EVERY VISIT SEEMS TO INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY. MEDICATIONS ARE 3X'S THE COST OF OTHER LOCAL VETS. ONE INSTANCE OUR LAB TORE HER REAR LEG PLAYING IN THE YARD, NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE BEING SEEN AT THE TIME I ARRIVED WITH KILEY. I ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR TO PLEASE SEE KILEY AND PAYMENT WOULD BE ARRANGED. KILEY COULD BARLEY WALK. THE VET WOULDN'T EVEN SEE KILEY UNLESS THE 80.00 WAS PAID UPFRONT. I LITERALLY HAD TO CARRY KILEY BACK OUT OF HIGHLAND WITHOUT BEING SEEN. IT'S A SHAME THAT THE VET COULDN'T TAKE A MINUTE TO ASSESS KILEYS INJURY AND CONSULT US ON WHAT OUR BEST OPTION WAS. I WANT TO TELL ALL PATIENTS OF HIGHLAND TO FIND OUR LOCAL VET'S. THE VET'S OFFICE IN BREWERTON HAS BEEN GREAT WITH MY NEIGHBORS 6 DOGS.
