Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. One thing that's been so annoying about The Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
