Very disappointed today. I had an appointment with Dr. Weatherly for him to look at a small bump on my Yorkie's neck. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist walked into the back and returned a few minutes later and stated that Dr. Weatherly wants me to take my dog to another veterinarian to have this small bump surgically removed. I asked the receptionist if the Dr. can see my dog and she said that he doesn't want too. At no time did Dr. Weatherly come out of the back to speak with me. It appears that Haverstraw Animal Hosptial doesn't want to honor the 15% veterans discount that they had signed up for which is Return The Favor, a county wide program....so sad that my lil Yorkie was turned away and wasn't even looked at by Dr. Weatherly....

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available . Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
