I can not thank you enough for coming to the house to let our beloved dog, Roxy, die in a place she know with the person she loved in a kind and peaceful way.She deaserved an end like this as she was a loved and wonderful part of our family for many years.She will be missed forever but we know she is out of pain and at peace.She deaserved nothing less than this and we will be always greatful to you for making this possible.You are truly a kind and compassionate Vet. Dr. Spaulding really pushed me to have surgery done on my dogs rear legs. He wanted to send me to a surgeon to have it done. I went to a different surgeon for a second opinion and after much thought, I decided against the surgery. When I would go back with my dog for other reasons, Dr. Spaulding would make sarcastic remarks about the fact that I didn't do the surgery. Now 5 years later, at 12 years old, my dog is fine. Our current vet who is also an orthopedic surgeon stated that my dog is in great shape for his age. He runs and plays and is very happy. So listen to your gut when making such serious decisions.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
