Took my dog there this past weekend with an obstruction due to a dog toy he ate. Was totally impressed with the care he received. The staff kept us informed of everything they were doing and how he was handling the situation

If you want your pet to die, go to this hospital. The first thing they will ask in an emergency, is can you afford us? All this without even evaluating the animal. My 5 year old little girl is no longer with us because of their uncaring, unprofessional staff.

YOU NEED THE CASH IN HAND!!!!!!Very uncaring about the animals, and owners. The only thing they were concerned about was how they were going to get paid. Sunday evening at around 1130 pm, I brought my dog in and he was diagnosed with bloat, which is life threatening. He was in need of emergency surgery. The estimated bill was going to be 4000.00. Half of which they wanted rite then, and the rest when I picked up the dog. I explained to them that all I had to give them was 1200.00 and that I would need at least two days to get them the balance due. They said if I couldnt bring them the money on their terms then I would have to bring my dog home and wait until I was able to see my personal Vet. Even though the dog would probably not survive the night. They didnt care about the dog. Nor did they give a a damn about the situation about me. My wife and I raised a stink about this. I was heated.I finally let them know how I felt about how uncaring they were. Bottom Line was: They agreed to do the surgery. And I had to sign a promisary note to pay them.

DON'T GO TO THIS VET! They take advantage of people in distress! I brought my dog in with quills in her mouth when they gave me the estimate I was stunned but it was sunday night and she was in pain and so upset. they charged me $875. THAT I DON'T HAVE but what was I to do leave in pain till the next day? I asked around and found out this procedure cost $300 normally I can see charging more for emergency work but 4X"s! They don't care at all about pets or their owners, the workers there should be ashamed of themselves!
