At one time they were the best !! This morning I received my pets records of 6 years in the mail with no explanation ! Have the gone out of business ? Our pet was treated there less than three months ago !!

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I have 6 pets and would not take them anywhere else but here. Always caring and compassionate, skilled medical care, clean office and they really listen to my concerns. Dr. Smith has a well deserved reputation as the best animal surgeon in this area. He treats each patient as one of his own pets. I can't recommend him and his staff highly enough.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
