Dr. Joe has a life time of knowledge and experience but doesn't act like he knows it all and is NOT afraid to whip out his medical books and dig in if he needs answers. Love that about him.

I couldn't ask for a more caring and thoughtful staff. Costs are competitive. I won't take my pets to any other vet.

My kitty was brought in for a spaying. When I came to pick her up the young lady at the front desk was nasty and had no customer service skills at all. When they brought out my girl in her pet carrier she was soaked in urine as well as her bedding. I suspect that they kept her in the carrier instead of a cage.There was open cans of Fancy Feast just thrown in there so I am guessing she had to eat straight out of the can. It will never bring any of my pets back here ever again. I am sick to my stomach thinking the way she was treated out of my absence. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The examining rooms at Youngsville Veterinary Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
