Horrible Service along with Outrageously High Prices! It made especially easy with the rude behavior of Julie the glorified secretary. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I took my cat there. She is very afraid of people she does not know. He was so gentle & soothing with her, she was purring. She let him handle her without fighting and she doesnt like to be held. Its a very small office and there is no place to sit in the treatment room. When I call with questions, he always gets right on the phone & answers my questions.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
