Phenomenal. Everyone is different in a multitude of ways. So are there animals.That said my experience was great because of the doctor. Hard working, loving, and showed as much concern for my animal as I had. that's awesome. I would love to set up a fund for her office for people to donate money. She saved my cats life and many other animals on her personal dime. The staff do not get paid what they deserve. I have a theory, and that is never reading other reviews after I go somewhere. There are unhappy customers the world over and I have been one myself in the past. But looking past the one or two personal issues and looking at the factual truth is more important to me then minor gripes or effects that were perhaps bad or unwanted after the visit. That's the price we pay for having creatures under our care. She did the job I asked her to and tenfold because she just so happens to be in the business of love.

I had been going to this vet office for over one year. Everything seemed great, etc., up until I had to board my in door cat. After boarding my animal, that was indoor animal that had NEVER been outside unless to go to the vet office's such as the person that I am giving the review, my animal became infested with fleas. I purchased medication... as soon I brought this the office attention.. the receptionist hung up on me! Tried to state we had a bad connection. After discussing this with the receptionist again.. they took my name and cell phone number & told me that the doctor would call me back and she never has attempted to call!!! This office is NOT clean and do NOT board your animals UNLESS you want your home to be infested with fleas!!!!!
