The vets here are money hungry. My poor bichon spent her last few weeks with a huge open rotting wound on her chest because two of the vets here took it upon themselves to literally slice open a bump she had without even mentioning this to me let alone asking if I would allow it before they did it. I nearly had to scream to get them to hear that I only wanted their observation and opinion before we took any action (because my actual amazing vet Dr. Arnholt in berea, was out of town). They are quick to suggest surgery to aging dogs and push the expensive meds without taking enough time to talk with the owners and see what is actually going on.
The beautiful exterior of this place is hiding its ugly motives.
Please take your loved fur babies elsewhere.

What a fantastic, warm and caring veterinary clinic! After years of costly suggestions regarding our 12 year old pooch, I was wary of the "buy this expensive product" or "Let's try this" approach. It was so refreshing to discover a vet who cared about my rescued, loved but skin-challenged Cocker Spaniel more than his bottom line. Sebastian looks amazing and his vitality is back!

The entire staff is welcoming and appreciative of our business. All of their practical applications were cost effective and easily doable without purchasing another wing onto their building - oh, and this clinic didn't charge for our follow up visits either. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and Sebastian gave them a two paws up endorsement as well.
