Rich is the best vet out there for horses! He always does a great job! They are also very good for small pets! I would never go anywhere else :)

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
