The waiting area here is rather cramped. While I was there, there were no people waiting that needed to be seated as they were not waiting to be seen, or waiting to pick up. The crowded reception was completely backed up with people waiting to pay. The process seems to take an inordinate amount of time, seems that it's the computer system they are using and poor communication from the back office to the front office. Seems there are always outstanding questions and the reception people have to leave the front to get more information. People are not taken in the order in which they come in. I understand waiting on people that you know, calling them by name, but if you say something like, I'm next, you are treated with attitude. (This happened to me by the office manager, Laura.) I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. The doctors in the office are exceptional but the moving of customers in and out leaves a lot to be desired. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I've been coming to this office for about six months and I look forward to the time that I will be recognized also when I come in to the office. I understand that relationship. We are not there yet.

They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to everything I had to say. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. I've never doubted their abilities. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. A bit too pricey and didn't seem to care about my financial situation. The office staff (receptionist and techs) were awesome & caring - not so sure about the ones making financial decisions!
