If I could give no stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful and behave as though they are put out even when you're only there to update vaccinations. The docs are somewhat more cordial, but not much, and do not have good communication skills. Overall, this practice is very expensive considering the poor/sloppy services and treatment. The bad attitude of the staff alone is grounds for dismissal. Would never recommend. If you value your animals, go somewhere else.
