No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I had to put my little 15 yr old terrior down - it was time. Dr. Cason was kind and gentle with Rags and with me. I got to spend as much time as I needed with him before they took him back. They gave him gas so he could go to sleep peacefully and then administered the anesthesia. He was in so much pain that Dr Cason refused to take him out of the basket I had put him in to keep from stressing him. They just took him back in the basket and did not remove him until he was gone. I was able to leave a check with the vet for Companions Forever (another great animal care group) to come and pick him up. They cremated him and spread his ashes in the forest behind their cemetary where I'm sure he is barking at the birds and digging till his heart's content.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
