Went in for an emergency visit @ 1030 am - sat in waiting room for 30 minutes with a bleeding cat. The staff was more concerned about what they were going to order for lunch than how my cat was doing. Anyway cat needed surgery - they didnt take her into surgery until 930pm (so maybe they didn't feel like it was an emergency - although I was charged for an emergency! I had to pick her up at 1230am to avoid a ~ $175 hospital over night stay. No one ever called to follow up or to check if she was ok - I have never been to a vet that didn't call to check on an animal after a surgery. All this cost me ~$1300.I will never go back there again.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
