This is an outstanding veterinary hospital. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, and already know my name and my cat's name after one visit. The wait time was reasonable, and the waiting room is set up well, so that you can segregate a sick or frightened pet from other animals.
Our little nervous ninny was never fearful when she was in their office. They truly CARE about the animal and the family. Though we just lost our sweet little 12.5 year old girl, they compassionately helped us through the process.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Maple Hills Vet. The front desk staff is the best, despite how busy they are they take the time to help answer all my questions and they do it with a smile. The Vet techs/nurses are very skilled and loving as they care for all my fur babies.
Thank you Maple Hills! You were so compassionate when I had to say goodbye to my little Noel. The staff and vets at this facility are truly loving people who clearly care a great deal about animal lives, and will do their best to preserve their health and - when the time comes - help them make a peaceful transition into the next life.
Just brought my rat, Snooki, in because she has been sneezing a lot and seems a bit lethargic and this is potentially very dangerous for rats. Called yesterday, which was a Saturday and I was worried with it being a weekend that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment. Luckily they were able to schedule me for 3 hours later. I couldn't be happier with the facilities themselves. The waiting room was extremely clean and I even saw a staff member come out and sweep the area while I was waiting. All of the staff that I dealt with were very helpful and polite and treating my pet with care and consideration.
I am a vendor for Maple Hills, them not know I was new to the state and was looking for a vet for my 13 year old dog, I was impressed w so much love and care I kept seeing the vet techs give these animals in the back where most public would not see. They never knew when I would come in, so I knew it wasn't for show. They have always taken great love and care of my dog. She had an anal tumor and needed immediate surgery, I was not worried cuz I knew she would be taken care of. When I got a puppy from the humane society a month ago, they told me he had kennel cough and sent me home w antibiotics, along w a free vet visit to their vet clinic the recommended. So I went 2x to this vet, and gave me more antibiotics. It was Sunday and the puppy was throwing up and shivering as if he had a fever, I called maple hills and they opened the doors just for me, found out the puppy has been misdiagnosed for a month and had influenza, they are keeping him over night and giving him antibiotics and fluids. I know they will take great care of him, cuz I have witnessed myself. Dr. B himself called and voiced his concerns about both dogs, cuz my 13 yr does not hv a shot to pervent influenza, so not is he caring for the puppy but also cared enough to ask about the other dog. They are truly loving people, and care for the animals as they are their own.
