They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.

Best vet in the area. Wonderful and caring. I'll never take my animals anywhere else.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I actually know the staff at this clinic personally and all of my animals go to Sherry Telowski and her staff of vetrinary technitians is off the charts! They give excellent care and are always concerned for the feelings of the pet owners. They understand that your pets are an extension of your family and noone could replace them!

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.
