Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Ken
