I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
