My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
