No, they didn't tell me anything that I could be doing better

No. It took me several times to get through.

Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
