Dr. Allen and staff were courteous and responsive. They worked with me to diagnose my cat who had been losing weight. It took several different tests to determine what was going on and the vet was determined to find an answer. She was also concerned about maintaining long-term health. Their prices are very reasonable and they have said that is because they are a cash/check only practice. I would have given them 5 stars if they were able to take credit/debit cards. Thankfully, my cat's care was not an overly large bill.

They misdiagnose, they are condescending,rude,never address or answer your questions truthfully especially if it means they might have to take responsibility and admit they don't know what the heck they are talking about.The staff are very nice except for the know it all employees at the desk that give you the bum's rush out the door after they get their cash. Yes Cash Only!!

They are dedicated professionals who truly love the animals. They get what worried pet owners :-) my dog had a chronic condition that Dr Allen has patiently and thoroughly helped diagnose and treat in the most cost efficient manner.
I love all the techs! They're always working their tails off, no pun intended! The office is behind as far as technology goes, but this makes it more cost efficient for us.....,more work for them.....,and they're always great!

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make everyone and their pet feel equally respected and cared for. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment and on occasion when I am early, they have even seen me earlier. It's refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets and they take the time they need to spend with you to fully explain things and answer any questons you may have.

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
