There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.
