We love Dr. Robby and his staff. They are caring and have taken great care of our kitty Ash.

I could not be more thankful for the kindness and compassion shown by the doctor and staff as we had the difficult task of watching our beloved 14-year-old Mickey cross the rainbow bridge today. Everyone was so very kind and while I know that this is the "norm" for them, they treated us as if we were the most important clients they had and listened to us reminisce about our beloved boy, explaining every step of the process, preparing us for what to expect, never rushing us, and allowing us to proceed at a pace at which we were most comfortable. They made this unthinkably difficult process as easy on us as they possibly could, assuring us that we were making the kindest, most humane choice possible for our furbaby. "Thank you" isn't enough.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

WORST VET EVER! I took my dog there last week(thanksgiving) because it look like she had an abscess or got bite my something or a growth of some sort. Since it was thanksgiving our regular office was closed but being a health care professional i knew it was better to get it looked at sooner rather than later. So i called over 9 places and this office was literally the only one that was open. So i took my black lab, Molly, there and we waited over 2 hours in an empty office to be taken into one of the rooms (the vet assistants were literally just sitting at the front desk). One of them came into the room and called my dog obese (that was my first issue with them) my dog is not obese or even fat. She is a mix or two very large dogs (black lab and pit bull)and is muscular and is in her correct weight percentile. After another hour wait, they gave us two options both priced over $600. Knowing health care, i did what was best for my pet and decided get to have the surgery done. So after the consultation Molly stayed with them to have the surgery (this was around 12pm) so i went shopping to take my mind off my poor little baby. They tried to put her in a kennel which i explained, she has NEVER been in a kennel because they were having trouble putting in. THey tried to have me help and this man grabbed my dog by the neck and literally shoved her in a kennel. She cried the whole time and probably was scarred to death. He tried to tell me that Molly tried to bite him while she was being shoved in the kennel and that i should not tell anybody that she wont bite (Molly is literally the nicest dog ever. she is scared of men, vacuums and anything that moves, she doesn't know she is big and is scared of everything.) I was there the whole time and she never tried to bite him and how could she because he had her by the neck? (second issue i had with them) when i called them at 4pm, because they said they were going to do the surgery today and she would be ready to go home by 6pm that day, they still had not started the surgery and just put Molly under. Around 6pm i went there to see what delayed them so much and they didn't have an answer for me and told me earlier that molly could go home that night with me and then said that she couldn't because they delayed the surgery. (third issue) So the following morning, i was there before they opened to get my precious little girl. she was crying from inside her kennel, they took her out and put us in a room. One of the assistants came in and said that they growth was cancer and i should pay another $300 for a biopsy and blood work. I was heart broken knowing my dog potentially had cancer, so i asked to see the file, and i looked at the file and saw that the growth was reported as having hair inside it, well if you know anything health care you know a cancerous growth can not have hair in it. But the assistant tried to sell me cancer anyways. When i explained to her that i am a surgical oncologist myself and i know cancer and a cancerous tumor can not have hair inside it she looked down and said "well, you don't know about cancer in dogs." and that was just the assistant, the vet had not even showed up for work yet. They also told me i had to get a cone so my dog doesn't rip out her stitches. after a $600 surgery i now have to take my dog to petsmart to get a cone for another $20. They are just after your money. Molly's stitches had to come out on monday so i took her to our normal vet because i don't think i could even get my dog to go near that place again. My vet said that it can't be cancer and that if he would have done the surgery it would only have cost $200 but it's probably better i got it taken care of right away. He said he has heard of this vet and nobody he knows has had a good experience there. He said that they tell almost everybody that their pet has cancer and over charges everybody. What a sad place! I feel bad for the people who have wasted money, time, and patience there. Please NEVER take your pet here.
