The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The waiting time is usually a bit of a wait but I mostly find it acceptable because I know that this provider will take whatever time that is necessary to give full value. The staff and veterinarian criticized me on the way I have been caring for my pet and then gave me no additional information on what I could be doing better to keep my pet healthy and happy.
I took my baby in at midnight and the VET I don't think even touched her all the while telling me feeding dogs human food and dog food is why it is labeled DOG food. I could hear her having her assistant to figure up a bill to bring to me while another dog was howling, they said he was drugged up, the bill was for over $800 with no explantion as to what was wrong, she didn't have a crystal ball she told me, they needed to run tests!! My little sissy died the next day, a weekend, I still don't know what was wrong! Costs me $100 just to be insluted by that nasty looking VET. NO way would I have left my dog there!!

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Our beloved dog died one hour after leaving this clinic. When called to inform Helen Knight, vet which treated our beloved puppy, she said she had no idea he was that sick. She examined him and didn't realized he was sick enough to hemmorage and die shortly after she saw him. He was very ill appearing that is why we sought after hours care. Rest in Peace our beloved puppy.
