WOW! An office Mgr that actually is in view of the reception area, approachable, and involved as well. What an excellent concept. I didn't have my care credit card with me, but with the assistance of the O.M. he was able to interceed and have a solution for me within moments.

The staff is most accomidating, knowledgable, and although all of my animals haven't been seen by this team yet, a chart for each animal has already been put in place.

The first dog that I took there needed extensive surgery on her leg, they knew the type of surgery which would be required. The staff did not insist on x-rays to confirm what they already knew to be fact.

This is an incredible clinic, excellent hours, GREAT pricing on grooming and services. I am so glad we found them..You will love it there.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, my pet was dying of thirst the last time I was there

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
