Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO READ ,PLEASE READ ALL OF IT. My name is Anita Harris. Jake ( My dog of 11 years ) was admitted in to Dyer County Animal Hospital on Oct. 12,2012. were he was found to have very serious health problems and we had to make the decision to keep jake from suffering any longer. I dont know how anyone else would feel but jake was just as much of our family as we were, my kids and grandkids raised up with jake, he meant alot to us. When it came to the last moment our family went to say our goodbyes and spend time with jake which was speacial time for us except for one of the staff members name Karen dont care to know the last name besides the fact that she has alredy showed us how rude she is she then showed how heartless she is. At this special time we could not enjoy the last time we were going spend time with jake because we felt like we were being treated like criminals by karen, instead of coming in and asking about the payment which i would understand she stays and stands over us like were going to run out the door, im sorry even if it has happened before by other people we were not them and i concider that as very much uacceptable,Even tho we knew jake was not coming home it was well worth the payment to know that they did make him more comfortable and that we able to find out and stop him from suffering. NOW as far as the vet that examined jake,he was wonderful he took the time to show us all the test results and what they meant and very honest,very straight forward which was not what we wanted hear but better that we did hear and that you could tell that he loved animals and the rest of the staff they were very wonderful,polite and very understanding.
