I thought their pricing was very fair. The examining rooms at Andes-Straley vet hosp office were immaculate. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I went to the clinic over 20 years ago and found the service the same high standard today.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
