I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family if there is nobody else they can find. In other words, last resort. I wasn't pleased with their work and how they treated my pet. Staff didn't exhibit a warm caring attitude toward them, didn't talk to them. it wasn't personal. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I brought dog in that had an emergency situation and i was forced to wait over 30 minutes in the side room. I ended up leaving because my dog got better but it was awful. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I thought their pricing was ok but then I had not gone to any other dog place in the area so I had nothing to compare it to. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment the second time around. I wasn't even going to go back to them after the first experience but thought I would give them a second chance. I got the same attitude. I walked in and stood in front of the reception desk for about 10 minutes and then went to sit down. The receptionist didn't acknowledge me and when she did, it was an afterthought. How rude. I'm not sure if I'll go back. I just didn't sense a compassion from them not only towards me but with my pet. There are other places out there and for a business to be so complacent that they feel they won't lose clients is a huge mistake on their part. If they did this to me they will do it do another. When I got my medication from the front upon leaving, nobody even talked to me about administering it, how much, what it was, the side effects, nothing. I just thought they were rude. I don't have time for that. Seriously.

They definitely failed to answer all of my questions. I left with a nagging feeling that I didn't get all the information I came for. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The staff blocks my attempts to talk with the vet directly, unless I will be charged for an office visit. Staff is stressed out, overworked, and unfriendly.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes, I thought it was fair

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Yes, they were immaculate.
