Every time I call this place to try to make a appointment for my dog, they will ask me if they can put me on hold which is fine for a few minutes but when 15 to 20 minutes go by and nobody will pick up the phone and talk to me. I end up having to just hang up and try calling again later...only to have it happen all over again. I had taken my cat there once and I did enjoy the visit but if I can't get hold of anybody when I call numerous times to make a appointment for my dog and can't get through to anyone... I guess i need to take my business else where.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
