Have gone here for about 5 years off and on with many animals.

Dr. Bruketta is great - educated at Auburn, however, if you request him specifically, you don't get him. He saved one of our dogs from heartworms.

Dr. Jill Howell - educated in the Caribbean because she coudn't get into medical school in the U.S, is condescending and talks to you like you are a 6 year old instead of an adult with a brain in your head. She told me my dog was fine and then he crashed with a bladder infection a few hours later which then costs me hundreds to investigate and treat. I took one dog in multiple times with ear infections and she could never clear it up - I had to do it on my own with natural remedies that cost $6 after paying hundreds of dollars to her for office visits, medications, etc.

The clinic stinks, the cleanliness is foul. Never seen a vet clinic so dirty and stinky and rank! I never feel comfortable leaving my dogs there over night which I have had to do a few times. They take way too many appointments at once and it is just chaos in there - you never know if you are going to get right in or wait 40 minutes in their stinky office.

The Dr.'s Howell are just running animals through like a mill with little concern about the patient/vet relationship. Wish Dr. Bruketta would start his own clinic. We are looking to change vets just due to this reason - we are tired of the sub-par service and getting Dr. Jill every time we specifically request Dr. Bruketta. Hate to leave Dr. Bruketta but just tired of the entire scene of this "vet clinic" and we have dropped hundreds and hundreds of dollars here.

The staff was very informative and helpful with any questions that I had. They are kind, compassionate and sensitive to myself and my furbabies. I will continue to use them for all my animals.

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
