There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I took my ferret which was very sick. They were very concerned and took very good care of him. He even called the next day to see how ferret was doing.. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started pretty much on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
